Anyone can add repeaters into the mix; they don’t need to be owned or managed by NEIMesh. MeshCore repeaters are easy to build, or you can buy pre assembled units ready to go. We do ask for the sake of interoperability that you use the same settings as we do. If you have a really good reason not to, let us know, and perhaps we can make a change to the entire system if it seems worthwhile.
